Automatic Charges and Proration:

Disposal and rental fees will be charged automatically, as authorized at the time of purchase, to the credit card on file when the dumpster is serviced. Charges for partial months are not pro-rated

Unacceptable Materials and Weight Limitations:

Disclosed Materials:

If non-disclosed materials are disposed of in the dumpster (see waste type above), additional charges may be incurred. Recommended dumpster sizes are based on material type and weight.

Hazardous and Bulky Materials:

You may not dispose of any hazardous or regulated materials, including but not limited to, chemicals, oils, liquids, electronics, mattresses, flammable materials, or tires. The material must be level at the top of the container with nothing sticking over the top. If these materials are thrown away, or the material is not level or below, you will incur additional charges.

Weight Limits:

You may not fill the dumpster beyond the weight limit allowed for each dumpster at the time it is rented.

The overweight of the container must be authorized by the company's personnel

Colorado Roll Off and will have an additional cost, in the same way as the additional days that the container is in the possession of the client.

Cancellation and Rescheduling or refusal:

You must provide a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellation. If 24-hour notice is not given or the units) are refused onsite, Colorado Roll Off will not provide a refund or credit. Same-day deliveries are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Rescheduling:

If your unit is scheduled to be delivered or picked up and the driver finds it blocked by any vehicles or other obstructions, you will be charged a dry run fee of a minimum of $150.00 depending on-site location. If your unit is blocked and unable to be serviced, additional charges will apply to reschedule a service.

Liability:

Please note you are responsible for the equipment while it is in your possession, including but not limited to theft, damage, destruction, vandalism, bodily injury, etc.

Colorado Roll Off is not liable for the equipment or its use by any persons while the equipment is in possession of the customer.

Property damage:

Be aware that our trucks and containers are heavy equipment, and we are not responsible for any damage to your pavement, slab, foundation, grass, landscaping. yard, or any surface that our trucks and/or containers are placed on or driven on. The customer affirms that the access right of way and placement location is sufficient to bear the weight of the dumpster and all necessary equipment for delivery and removal.
